do we get the raw footage?
Yes! In addition to your edited highlight video, we will also put all the raw footage files on your USB. This will include extra footage of speeches, the ceremony, and any other shots that don't make it entirely in the video! Many companies will charge you additional fees for this footage, but we will always provide it complimentary!
how do I reserve my wedding date?
To secure the date for your wedding you must sign our agreement and also put down a security deposit that is 25% of your final bill. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable. Rest of bill will be due in full on day of event.
how will you go about filming our wedding?
Our style of filming is best described as fly on the wall / candid. I understand having a camera follow you all day can cause some anxiety, so I always try to capture my footage as unobtrusively and discreetly as possible. There are many times when I will be using long lenses, which means I don’t have to get up close and personal all the time. Our couples actually tell us that they don't even notice us most of the time!
is a videographer necessary?
I would say that a videographer is just as crucial as having a photographer if your budget allows for it! Photos can only capture and do so much on their own. Videography allows you to live out your special day through motion, music, and audio. It's a completely immersive experience, and something you can watch over and over in years to come.
how many cameras do you use?
Depending on the size of the wedding, we use anywhere between 2-4 cameras to make sure we don't miss a single moment. During the reception we typically use 2 .
how long will it take to get my video?
Can range anywhere from 1-8 months typically. However, many times it is sooner. Please acknowledge that the creative process is just that, a process. Be patient with us! We want to create the best product possible for you. However, if you want to expedite the process, we can discuss adding an additional fee.
